Sales Engineer - AMP Product Line

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and drive the sales and adoption of our AMP product line across the country.
**Position Overview:**
As a Sales Engineer, you will conduct demonstrations, provide technical expertise, and support our AMP products' sales process. This role requires extensive travel across the USA to meet with potential customers, showcase the capabilities of our machines, and help close sales. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct on-site demonstrations of the AMP-L100 and AMP-X100 products for potential customers.
- Provide detailed technical explanations and answer questions regarding product features, capabilities, and benefits.
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and report back to the engineering and product development teams.
- Support the installation and setup of machines at customer sites.
- Provide training and ongoing support to customers to ensure successful product implementation.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Maintain high technical knowledge about FireFly’s products and the latest industry trends.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales role, preferably within the ag tech, autonomous vehicle, or turf management industries.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in GPS systems, autonomous vehicles, and electric vehicles.
- Knowledge of golf mowing principles and turf management practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the USA.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with autonomous mowing equipment and electric vehicle technology.
- Familiarity with commercial mowing equipment and turf management practices.
- Understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
