Dedicated Logistic Solutions is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Oklahoma City, OK team in a dynamic and growing company. Must be able to multi task, be detail oriented, and have strong communication skills both written and verbal. This is an excellent entry position with a chance to grow into a more senior role. Current position is Full Time from Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Required Skills:
- Education – High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 - 3 years of Customer Service
- Preferably 1 year of Transportation/Logistic experience
- Excellent time management, ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- A positive, motivated, can-do attitude to excel beyond expectations
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Customer service approach with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office software with good keyboard and PC skills
Job Description:
- Provide ETAs, PODs and Relay Shipment notification to customers.
- Processing Freight
- Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
