Fresh Bakery seeks a passionate and skilled baker with experience in a commercial kitchen.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare pies, pastries, and specialty desserts.
- Bake and decorate the daily production roster for customer orders
- Mix Buttercream for decorating
- Assist in packaging products for delivery and pickup
- Daily preparation for next day of business
- Includes Kitchen clean-up
- Meet with management to discuss production and implementation schedule.
You will work with the kitchen staff to keep menu interesting, developing seasonal, specialty, and holiday flavors. Manage and execute cleaning. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs,and includes early morning hours, evening hours, and Weekends.
