As a BCBA with us, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Interventionists in school, home and community settings. Your expertise will be pivotal in crafting and implementing behavior intervention plans, ensuring that each individual receives personalized support tailored to their unique needs.
Expertise: With your BCBA certification and extensive knowledge of behavior analysis principles, you'll provide invaluable guidance to RBTs as they implement behavior intervention plans and collect data.
Leadership: You're a natural leader who excels at motivating and empowering teams. Your ability to provide constructive feedback and support will foster a positive work environment where everyone thrives.
School-Based Support: You'll collaborate closely with school staff, including teachers, administrators, and other professionals, to promote a cohesive approach to supporting students with special needs in educational settings.
Community Engagement: Beyond the classroom, you'll extend your impact into the community, working with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and support outside of school hours.
Progress Monitoring: Using data-driven strategies, you'll monitor progress closely, adjusting intervention plans as needed to ensure that individuals are continually moving toward their goals.
