We are hiring a Channel Sales Manager to work with our dynamic sales team to help us expand our market presence and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, reporting to our SVP of Sales. 100% remote within the US.
WHO YOU ARE
Your team and colleagues consider you a strategic thinker and a relationship builder. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in channel sales to develop and maintain robust partner relationships that drive significant SQL opportunities leading to revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and optimize business outcomes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO DO
- You'll establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- You'll identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing partner relationships.
- You'll work closely with sales partners to co-sell and expand our footprint, ensuring alignment with our core objectives and sales targets.
- You'll achieve assigned targets for signed partners, partner referrals, customer referrals, SQLs, and new ARR.
- You'll monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide reliable intelligence back to the management and product teams.
- You'll collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and optimize business growth.
- You'll provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs and report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
- You'll have produced measurable impact on revenue growth and partnership development by six months.
- You'll have significantly expanded our channel network and achieved key sales metrics by the end of the year.
HOW YOU'LL KNOW YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL (Key KPIs)
- Within your first 6 months you will have active partnerships that will produce revenue
- You will demonstrate the ability to build strategic relationships with your assigned partners
- Your ability to drive/ accelerate SQL production
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous experience in channel sales or partnership management.
- Industry experience in technology or compliance sectors preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. An MBA is a plus.
- Note: you must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

LOCATION
We are a fully remote company! Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we'd rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live. Travel expectations as needed for partner meetings and key events.
