- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and empathetic support via various channels such as email, phone, and live chat.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive and memorable experience throughout their journey with our brand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to advocate for customer needs and drive continuous improvement in our products and services.
- Utilize external database, systems and other tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions from our sales team to capture feedback, and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer support processes, procedures, and training materials to optimize efficiency and consistency.
- Contribute to the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives, such as loyalty programs, surveys, and promotional campaigns.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our company values and culture in every customer interaction, and fostering long-term relationships with our valued clientele.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Administer and uphold an external database meticulously, ensuring the integrity and organization of all lead submissions.
- Order entry within SAP Business One.
