We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities: - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients - Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate personnel - Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, emails, and document management - Type and transcribe documents accurately and efficiently - Assist in proofreading documents for errors and inconsistencies - Support office staff with various tasks as needed
