Material Handler Job Description
Position Overview: The Material Handler is a key player in maintaining the flow of materials within the company, ensuring that all departments have the necessary supplies to operate effectively and without interruption.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain an adequate stock of quality, usable foil, and perform foil cutting to preserve inventory levels.
· Provide products and foils to operators to ensure they have the necessary supplies on hand.
· Plate matching: ensure designs are aligned with specific orders.
· Support operations and production managers with daily workflow management.
· Sustain appropriate inventory levels across all production departments.
· Uphold the cleanliness of the warehouse area and perform general maintenance as required.
· Collaborate and communicate with staff within the department and across other departments.
· Undertake additional duties as assigned.
