We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Information Technology to lead our IT department and drive the technology strategy for our organization. As a key member of our management team, the Director of Information Technology will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT operations, including infrastructure, software development, and IT support. Responsibilities
The Director of Information Technology will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of our IT strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Leading and managing a team of IT professionals, including software engineers, network administrators, and help desk technicians.
- Ensuring the integrity of our IT systems, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Collaborating with other departments to identify IT requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs.
- Providing IT support to our employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Developing and managing budgets for IT projects and initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT, and recommending investments in new technologies to support the company's growth and competitiveness.
- Developing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including databases and VoIP systems.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles, including experience managing IT teams.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.
- Experience with databases and VoIP systems.
- Experience with IT help desk software and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of IT professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
