Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early childhood education setting.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging and interactive activities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and cultural awareness.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques.
- Experience in providing care for toddlers, including diaper changing, feeding, and naptime routines.
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment.
- Proficiency in teaching basic math concepts and promoting early literacy skills.
- Ability to incorporate physical education activities into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development.
- Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to children with diverse learning needs.
- Passion for working with young children and creating a positive impact on their lives.
