Customer Events Coordinator
Position Summary: The Customer Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role by supporting the Customer Experience management team and as part of the customer success department. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events aimed at engaging and delighting our customers. They will work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop event strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Event Planning and Execution:
- Pre-event planning and coordination for the Quantum Trip, Round Tables (virtual and in-person), national company meetings, and various customer appreciation events.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support with event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and attendee registration.
- Setup and manage event registration portal
Content Development:
- Work with the marketing team to develop event collateral and content including presentations, agendas, promo material, gifts, and post-event resources.
- Assist in planning and organizing customer events, various internal & external meetings, and supporting customer success programs.
- Ensure that event content aligns with the interests and needs of our target audience and Polyglass Strategic Plan.
Attendee Engagement:
- Implement strategies to drive attendance and engagement for each event, leveraging various channels such as email communications and direct outreach.
- Monitor attendee feedback and satisfaction to continuously improve the event experience.
Post-Event Analysis:
- Evaluate the success of each event based on key performance metrics such as attendance, participant feedback, and take-aways from the event meetings.
- Generate post-event reports and insights to share with internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and customer feedback loop process.
Other Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Customer Experience and Customer Success activities.
- Responsible to provide any administrative, coordination, and/or similar support as required.
- Performs other duties as required.
The skills and experience we’ll ask you to provide:
- 1-3 years’ experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, RegFox) as well as CRM software is preferred
- Experience in communicating regularly with senior level executives (C-Suite) to coordinate effective events
- Coordination with premiere event facilities such as 5 star hotels and other event spaces

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.50 - $27.00 per hour
