ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create and maintain exemplary clinical outcomes for clients in regard to skill acquisition and reduction of challenging behavior, maintenance and generalization of skills across settings.
· Effective communication with other care providers; school professionals, doctors, etc.
· Provide reports in a timely manner for continuation of services.
· Assist in identifying and creating best practices for any areas that have not been standardized.
· Provide effective and timely communication with families and caregivers.
· Provide ongoing guidance to therapists and other team members to ensure effective intervention.
· Provide compassionate, concise and clear feedback to therapists, positive as well as corrective.
· Assist in establishing and maintaining a positive culture that supports and values our therapists.
· Collaborate with Director in identifying and planning on-going educational opportunities for your-self and others.
· Monitor supervision requirements of RBT’s.
· Delegate completion of RBT competencies as needed for initial assessment and on-going RBT competencies.
· Maintain caseload with identified billable hours.
· Identify if there are concerns with current authorizations; (too few hours, not able to fulfill current authorization; etc.)
· Create and monitor weekly schedule to meet supervision requirements of payors and BACB.
· Create and monitor weekly schedule to meet client authorization and programming.

REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology or related field
- Active BCBA certification and 8-hour supervision coursework completed
- 2 years' experience working with children
- Values oriented to least restrictive learning environment
