We work in partnership with our Network of diaper banks, allied members, donors, sponsors, and elected officials to end diaper need and period povertyin the United States.
The National Diaper Bank Network (NDBN) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Manager to lead our membership support and engagement strategies.
This is a fully remote position with east coast hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
The Membership Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to grow our member network and ensure the highest level of services are delivered to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to ensure every U.S. County is served by an NDBN member basic needs bank.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Programs and key stakeholders to create a roadmap for sustainable membership growth.
- Collaborate with programs staff on detailed project schedules and work plans to optimize member engagement in programs and services.
- Optimize member engagement through strategic design, delivery, and evaluation of member programs, benefits, and services.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on membership program progress, milestones, and challenges.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve membership management processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in membership management, program management, or a similar role with increasing responsibility
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, monitor progress, and address issues that arise during implementation
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create effective reports and presentations for various stakeholders
- Experience with database management and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in growing membership/partnerships and strengthening member/partner engagement
- Understanding of nonprofit organization management preferred
- Occasional travel required (2 times per year)
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief of Programs, with no direct reports.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
