Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service oriented individual to join our team. As an Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, developing new business opportunities for our company, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a key role that requires strong market knowledge, technical sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This role will also require you to be a SELF-MOTIVATED worker. You will be asked to set your own goals, strive to find the most efficient ways to reach your goals and get things done. You will be asked to manage your own tasks and meet your sales goals without requiring solicitous attention, support, or instruction.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a portfolio of client accounts from the outset and serve as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Collaborate with internal company teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a consistant basis
-Adhere to Infinity’s expectations of new account and client outreach/prospecting
-Provide quotes via phone and email to all leads in a timely manner
-Ensure that proper follow-up process is completed for all leads via phone and email
-Take all necessary steps to resolve problems efficiently
-Be ultimate point of contact for customers
-Adhere to Infinity’s expectations of excellent customer service
-Complete any other duties or responsibilities that are necessary for the business
Qualifications:
- Experience and/or extreme interest in an account management or a sales role
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills
-Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in a customer relationship management program and willingness to create your own
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
