```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery department, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and organized bakery environment for customers.
- Ensure that all bakery products meet quality and safety standards.
- Train and supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate product orders, deliveries, and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and employee schedules.

- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a bakery or food service setting.
- Strong math skills for inventory management and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to sell products and provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.
- Proven ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with employee orientation processes.
