Role Overview:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in the growth of our Marketing and Sales growth, by driving long-lasting relationships and community impact. This creative-thinking role requires an individual that has high energy, motivated as well is solution-based, customer service oriented and has natural leadership qualities.
Primary Activities - Marketing/Business Development:
- Manage website, social media, and content to enhance brand awareness.
- Create branded content and collateral, including print, media, and apparel.
- Plan and execute events, including association events, home shows, and community
events.
- Develop and manage direct mail, email, and multimedia campaigns.
- Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources, power partners, trade partners, and
associations.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with key decision-makers and industry partners.
Primary Activities - Office Support:
- Collaborate with the Operations Administrator on administrative and company support activities.
- Handle lead calls and client inquiries, assigning them to Sales Reps/Estimators.
Preferred Education / Experience / Background:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in Marketing/Sales, Branding, Graphic Design or Event Management roles.
- Knowledge of CRM software, traditional and digital marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in WordPress, web development, and Google for Work.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe, and design software.
- Experience in running targeted advertising campaigns.
- Sales support experience is a plus.

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
