As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for sales and travel.
An Arizona Real Estate License is required for this role. If selected for the role and you do not have a license, we will pay for your class and provide the information you need!
Responsibilities:
- Meet with pre-qualified and pre-scheduled guests provided by our award-winning marketing team
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our vacation packages and VIP product
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate and partner with internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
Skills:
- Arizona Real Estate License (or ability to obtain - we will provide the class!)
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport within a short sales cycle
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to overcome objections and rejection
