We are seeking customer service professionals who will join our team and help support our internal customers. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in providing product support, an in-depth knowledge of company products and the ability to work under a structured framework. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers by answering questions, solving technical problems and ensuring that our internal customers have the tools they need to complete their jobs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high customer service.
- Deal with angry customers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
