We are looking for full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. We have positions in Riverdale GA (in-clinic). Good candidates for this position should have 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children with ASD, RBT certification, and experience implementing ABA-based programs. RBTs will implement programs supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What You’ll Do:
- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting.
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thrive.
- Collect and record data on child behaviors. Help track progress, influence care plans, and celebrate milestones.
- Partner closely with BCBAs and help inform treatment plans so children are receiving the best care possible.
- Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct.
- Attend team meetings to connect with other clinicians on the team. Share tips, tricks, and best practices with your peers.
- Create program materials when necessary
- Collect data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
- Graph all reduction and acquisition data
- Train parents on behavioral protocol and model procedures when necessary
- Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate in good standing
- Experience working with children preferred
- Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance
- Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, office machinery and other devices associated with clinical treatment
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask
- Adaptability and eagerness to work in a changing environment
- Dependable and strong problem-solving skills
- Must pass a background check
