Business Development/ Emergency Recovery Coordinator
Paul Davis Emergency Services of Baldwin County is looking for a highly motivated addition to assist in generating revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners, property managers and business owners impacted by fire, water damage or other large scale emergency events. Emergency Recovery Coordinators cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities to enable effective implementation of recovery initiatives. They create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer. We are looking for a team member interested in participating in restoration related community awareness events and programs. The ERC is on call 24/7 and reports directly to the owner.

Core Competencies
Emergency Recovery Coordinators must possess strong interpersonal skills. Be able to build a strong rapport with the customer. Be comfortable entering highly charged and stressful situations. Proven ability to close sales and provide quality customer service during these stressful moments. The ERC’s represent the franchise and the Paul Davis brand and give it a face. ERC’s need to possess the ability to turn an emotionally distraught customer into a satisfied one and leave the customer with a positive, lasting impression. The ERC’s primary responsibilities are to be professional, compassionate, courteous, positive and informative. Effective ERC’s must also possess knowledge of restoration products and services and quickly assess the services needed at that moment. They are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings. Stress tolerance, the ability to work under pressure and a combination of leadership and sales skills are necessary for job effectiveness. Retired or prior emergency first responders, police officers, fire fighters or military are highly encouraged to apply!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by generating opportunities and leads
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Actively manage any lead up until the point of sale; follow up regularly after the sale to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to understand needs and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure follow-up and response to clients in a timely manner
- Work as part of the Marketing team to generate ideas for company sales opportunities and processes
- Track leads/wins/losses and marketing efforts through CRM
- Represent Paul Davis at various events, organizations, and associations for building relationships that lead to new business and develop community ties to enhance public image and brand of the company
- Maintain complete market awareness and utilize your contacts, knowledge and experience to allow Paul Davis to expand into new markets and generate opportunities
- Acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of industry trends to position Paul Davis to take advantage of a changing landscape
- Attend bi-weekly marketing meetings to discuss results and direction

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
