Overview:
Our National Security Program has an immediate opportunity for a Technical Editor to support development, editing, and production of finished intelligence reports concerning exploitation of highly sensitive and technical foreign materials.
Responsibilities:
- The Technical Editor is an integral part of a team of government and contract engineers, technicians, and analysts that produce detailed analyses of foreign naval systems, countermeasures, tactics, and operations. Specific responsibilities will include:

Initiate and manage the Foreign Material Exploitation (FME) document production cycle to ensure analytic and production standards are integrated and adhered

Edit, produce, and finalize FME products in accordance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and customer production standards for posting and distribution up to TS//SCI//SAP classification

Manage the production and development of products at multiple classification levels ensuring conformance with Intelligence Community authorized classification and control markings

Track, maintain, and archive copies of analytic products

Modify graphics as needed to support production requirements

Maintain exploitation production database
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications

Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

Associates Degree (desired) or High School Degree with 3-years of experience in a similar position

Due to SAP requirements, a CI polygraph may be required for access to specific Information Technology (IT) systems or information.

Experience:
- 3 years’ experience proofing, editing, and converting draft files into PDF, MS Word, Photoshop, and other formats

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated experience with MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Professional (PDF), Microsoft Publisher, and HighPoint (HP)
