Our Client is looking for a Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst who will drive the product efforts of their custom applications. The Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst will oversee the strategy and execution of the end-to-end customer experience of their custom web applications. Using data-driven decision efforts to drive features and functionality to improve the user experience, including initiatives to handle growing volumes. The candidate will collaborate across the company, especially with Product, PMO, Engineering, and critical internal partners. Maintaining a detailed understanding of the rapidly evolving technical, legal industries, and consumer landscape is expected and will be necessary to inform feature and initiative prioritization and development.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive project lifecycle from conceptualization through launch by creating actionable plans, work streams, and tactics, and executing those in support of new product features.
- Deliver high-quality product features and optimizations. Use data to validate and communicate impact.
- Product owner for a Scrum team by participating agile ceremonies, responsible for prioritization, backlog refinement, and feature definition.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to develop an understanding of how customers engage to the State Bar systems, and what matters to them and identify pain points.
- Write and review detailed use cases, and requirements, and help manage key development ceremonies, including grooming product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing.
- Collaborate with teammates from design, engineering and other disciplines to execute and deliver against goals and roadmap.
- Utilize data, insights, instincts, and experimentation to drive product decisions, aligning team objectives with company vision and goals.
- Define success metrics and long-term strategic plans for the business unit.
- Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
- Regularly review metrics and identify and improve data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with company objectives.
- Own product roadmap and delivery execution of initiatives, aligning stakeholders and driving results.
- Responsible for product prioritization, including value identification, cost savings and progress against the broader business strategy.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in a product management role working on multiple products
- Ability to successfully describe how solutions work.
- Ability to analyze and write requirements.
- Proven experience in partnering cross-functionally on strategy, positioning/narrative, and launches.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, comfortable with speaking to larger groups and senior stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate and partner with stakeholders.
- Excel at teamwork and can execute near-term business priorities while simultaneously building a long-term product strategy.
- Experience is one or more of the following areas in a bonus:
- Billing
- AWS Connect Contact Center
- Case Management Systems
- Skills: Knowledgeable or Expertise in Agile, Jira/Confluence, SQL, EXCEL, PMI, ITIL.
