Join our team as a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager! ✨
We are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience running B2C marketing functions, with a strong emphasis on organic SEO and digital content, to join our team and assist in the development and execution of our business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing strategies.
As a B2C Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving student enrollment, enhancing brand awareness, and optimizing customer engagement to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2C marketing strategies to attract and convert prospective students into Coding Temple's coding bootcamps and programs.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and events.
- Manage the creation of compelling marketing content, such as blog posts, videos, case studies, and testimonials, to effectively communicate the value of Coding Temple's offerings.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to align marketing efforts with the student journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with the enrollment and revenue goals of the institution.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably within the education or tech industry.
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience setting and monitoring KPIs, with a focus on growth and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with coding, programming languages, or the EdTech industry is a plus.
