We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, parts return, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient processing.
Duties:
- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Identify issues that may affect payment of claims
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address warranty issues promptly
- Monitor warranty trends and provide feedback for process improvement
- Process service paperwork and update stakeholders on potential issues
- Claims ledger entries, corrections and reconciliation
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of CDK
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Thorough knowledge of automotive warranty
- Knowledge of service department process and procedures
- Ability to work with minimal direction
