Titan Hotel Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing hospitality management company dedicated to providing our guests and associates with exceptional experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and motivated Office Manager to join our team.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and schedule coordination.
- Taking Meeting Minutes.
- Organize Meetings.
- Organizing office lunch orders.
- Be the first interaction and impression of the office.
- Greeting and provide general support to all visitors.
- Monitor inventory and place office supply orders.
- Handle printing needs
- Pick up orders and run errands as needed
- Mailings
- Organize and maintain the office condition
- Track and manage of Contracts/Certificates/Licenses/Permits
- Request, collect, and file COIs and W9s
- Landscaping Contracts
- Answer main office calls
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
- Assist with recruitment needs as necessary
Position Experience and Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management and/or recruiting, preferably in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer skills, ability to create documents and reports.
