Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the drone services industry.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including construction companies, infrastructure firms, and government agencies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our drone services for data collection, reality capture, and 3D modeling.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve our services and stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the drone services, technology, or data collection industries.
- Strong understanding of drone technology, data collection techniques, and their applications in infrastructure inspections.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
