Performance Trust Capital Partners is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our FIG Administrative team with a focus on the Investment Banking group. We are targeting a hardworking and highly motivated individual attracted to a team-first environment. We value strong problem solvers who think creatively and work effectively. This individual will have the opportunity to hone their skills, support our FIG Administrative team as well as support senior bankers with administrative and business planning duties, and gain significant exposure to investment banking and financial analysis.
IB support duties 50%

Create, update, and maintain Word documents, PDF files, Excel files

Maintain and utilize data in client relationship management system

Circulate regular Investment Banking Team updates such as Pipeline changes, PT Education Events, etc.

Assist senior bankers with administrative functions, including calendar management, and other operational tasks

Work alongside the Finance Team to approve, create and track invoices

Enter and maintain the IB Commissions Portal

Assist Teams with Data Room set up and management

Create company internal and external deal announcements, along with tombstones for announced transactions

Take a lead role in business planning and organization for a team of bankers, including helping hold senior team members accountable to team goals/objectives[KC1]

Maintain record of commonly utilized business resources and replenish as needed.

Development and maintenance of an extension of FIG HUB for IB specific content.
FIG support duties 50%

Serve as the first point of contact for multiple department leaders, handling correspondence, and ensuring clear and effective communication within and outside the organization.

Coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring optimal time management.

Organize internal and external events, from logistics to execution, to support the organization’s goals and culture

Plan and organize business travel, including itinerary planning, accommodations, and ensuring smooth logistical arrangements for the executive.

Act swiftly in urgent situations, implementing contingency plans, and maintaining communication to ensure business continuity and mitigate risks.

Work collaboratively with FIG admin team on strategic projects and initiatives, developing and delivering creative insights

Facilitate communication across IB and BSS to create a universal support experience

Assist with ad hoc projects that span across the IB Department[KC1]
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Ability to balance varying tasks and responsibilities

Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Effective written and verbal communicator; ability to work and communicate with team members and clients who work in different offices

Demonstrated strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
