Hello! Thank you for your interest in Strategic Alliance Staffing. We are looking for a bilingual Staffing Specialist / Office Administrator to join our team. We work in light industrial temp to perm staffing. We service clients from hospitality jobs to moderately heavy industrial labor.

Strategic Alliance Staffing then utilizes a profit sharing program that's provided employees between 6%-12% of additional income to the employees 401k/Roth even if they only invest 3% of their income.
Primary Responsibilities: Fill job orders provided by clients with quality employees. Recruit employees via job ads and word of mouth, provide excellent customer service to clients, be responsive to employees, after hours.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Assist the Business Development Team with application data entry, receptionist duties, accounts receivable duties, i-9 quality control, filing, basic orientation translating, provide office support at the Norristown office, and all around assistance with daily administrative operations of the company.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate must be patient, understanding, bilingual (English/Spanish) and have a high degree of attention to detail. This position has very busy times, and very slow times depending on the season. The candidate must be able be able to be productive when it's very busy, and when it's slow.
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual Spanish and English
- Some college preferred, but not required
- Prior office admin or recruiter experience strongly preferred
- Must be dependable
Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews for new candidates
- Conduct interviews, orientations, send confirmation texts/emails and schedule start dates
- Emphasize key points during orientations, and send confirmation texts/emails
- Submit temporary employee health insurance to vendor
- Responsible for gathering, consolidating, and relaying client payroll data
- Accurate applicant data entry
- i-9 Quality Control
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Send invoices to specific clients every Wednesday
- Learn how to use the internal operating system
- Occasionally perform basic orientation translation from English to Spanish
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Responsible for filing applications
- Assist Staffing Specialists and Business Development Team with the organization the office and assist coworkers in anyway as a team player
- Assist the President of the company with special projects during down time
- Use Word and Excel on a regular basis
Schedule/Shift: Flexible
- Normal Schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
- Possible flex schedule: 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm if needed and approved.
