- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a dental or medical office setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in using dental office management software such as Eaglesoft or similar systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
