Garden OB/GYN is seeking a candidate with well-rounded Human Resources experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities-
- Works closely with Management team to set, improve and implement company policies and procedures
- Responsible for determining the staffing requirements and objectives of the company and deliver full life-cycle recruiting
- Identify internal candidates for open positions and succession planning
- Prepares employees onboarding by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Assist with multi-location payroll and Time & Attendance processing
- Responsible for creating/maintaining various HR documents and communications.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
- Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
- Maintains employee benefits programs while informing employees of benefits
- Disciplining/Terminating employees
- Understanding of federal and state employment regulations, strong familiarity with wage and hour regulations
Qualifications-
- Strong and detailed follow-up skills
- Able to work independently, accurately and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google
- Excellent coordination and scheduling abilities
- Will be responsible for handling a variety of HR related tasks and will provide clerical support as needed
