Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in maintaining office efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Track deliveries received from UPS, FedEx etc.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle phone systems, directing calls, and taking messages
- Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- File, organize, and maintain documents both physically and digitally
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office setting or similar role
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with basic computer software for data entry and document processing
- Knowledge of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
