Description:
The BCBA is responsible for assessing the needs of the client and creating individualized plans to target behavior change. The BCBA also has knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
At All Pieces Fit, Inc., we strive to provide quality ABA Therapy to our clients using well researched procedures and protocols. We closely monitor emotional responses to match the difficulty of the material and method of instruction to the child's ability level and rate of learning. We focus on establishing small units of behavior which build towards larger, more complex skills. Our programs/behavioral interventions are individually tailored to each child and are systematically modified by the BCBA based on their progress.
Requirements: Education Requirement:
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Education, or another related field
- BCBA Certified (will entertain applicants sitting for the exam within 6 months of application)
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course
Other Requirements/Preferences/Skills:
- Proven experience working with children with autism. At least 2 years preferred, but not required.

- Supervise others
- Work as a team, as well as independently
- Train others on how to properly implement ABA protocols and procedures
- Utilize electronics for reporting, meetings, and data collection

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
