The Sales and Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our sales department by ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination between sales managers and clients. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Work Environment:

Standard office hours with occasional flexibility required based on business needs

Office-based with regular interaction with sales team members and other departments
Key Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing and communicating relevant information
-
Process sales orders accurately in all internal systems via email and phone.

Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.

Prepare and distribute sales reports.

Prepare and manage sales contracts.

Create service orders
-
Monthly account billing, Accounts Payable and Billable Invoices

Inventory management using Recogneyez Inventory

Procurement using Procure
-
Mobile Tracking
-
Customer Sales and Service to existing accounts including, but not limited to recent interactions, service requests, or after- sales support

Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Managing the rental fleet
