Smiley Dental is searching for an Office Manager. This position handles the overall operational excellence of their assigned office. The Office Manager impacts the long-term viability of the company by providing outstanding and efficient service to patients, engaging employees, ensuring the office is at peak readiness, while achieving revenue and profit growth.
YOU WILL:
- Provide onsite leadership of the dental office to ensure employees, patients, and doctors have a positive experience.
- Inspect and ensure all common and office areas are clean and at peak readiness.
- Review patient schedule each morning.
- Communicate procedures and provide information to patients regarding costs and next steps, as needed.
- Confirm trays/materials, lab cases, and offices are prepared to ensure peak readiness for next day patient schedules.
- Ensure invoices are accurate, match credit, and submit insurance claims.
- Create orthodontic schedule.
- Make certain center has equipment and orders supplies as needed.
- Ensure office meets labor, revenue, and profit targets.
- Create and maintain an open-door policy with employees, as evidenced by turnover and engagement.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate orientation for all new employees.
- Communicate employee coaching and counseling opportunities to supervisor to gain alignment.
- Conduct training and/or introduce new policies and procedures, as needed.
