Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based pediatric dental group, is looking for motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated professionals who are eager to provide quality and efficient dental care. We are looking for loyal individuals who are open to making a long-term commitment to growth within our company.
This position is based out of our headquarters in Lilburn but the ideal candidate will need to travel as needed to other practices for specific projects and/or tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Support company leaders by assisting with various high-level and time-sensitive tasks and projects
- Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, act as a liaison between leadership and third parties, etc.
- Assist with schedule coordination and calendar management
- Handle and prioritize outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Coordinate food/gift orders for meetings or events and provide on-site support for company leaders in various locations
- Exercise discretion when handling confidential and highly sensitive company documents and information
- Conduct research of various products, services, price comparison, etc. to provide high-level overviews of facts and findings
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and other documents to streamline communication and organization
- Coordinate the credentialing process for doctors and submit necessary documentation
- Assist with business license renewals and other tasks to ensure operational compliance
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Ability to work Monday-Friday
- Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with high accountability and work ethic
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills necessary to communicate and work effectively with management and co-workers
- Ability to take initiative to complete projects, tasks, and assignments
