Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting patients in the reception area
- Answering questions about payment policies and care
- Orienting new patients to the office
- Keeping in touch with patients via phone and email
- Attending to the atmosphere and professional image of the office
- Supporting the professional staff with daily operations and projects
