Job Responsibilities: As a Reservation Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving and processing reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
Collecting essential information from clients, including pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, times, and any special requests.
Providing accurate quotes and guiding clients through available vehicle options and service packages.
Managing reservations and updating the scheduling system in real-time.
Coordinating with drivers to ensure they are informed about pick-up details and any changes to the schedule.
Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborating with the operations team to optimize resource allocation and streamline service delivery.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for future reference.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or reservation role, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
