Position – Maintenance Technician
Job Location – Ixonia, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:00am – 3:00pm)
Starting Pay – $34-$38+/hr Depends on Experience

Required Education – Associate degree or certification preferred.
Responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities and the production tooling/ processes deployed to produce the finished products.
Responsibilities
- Provides Maintenance services at two production sites.
- Responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities and the production tooling/ processes deployed to produce the Bryant products.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Maintenance in an industrial manufacturing enterprise.
- Demonstrated basic Lean knowledge and results required with certification preferred.
- Prior experience in low volume high mix industrial business required. Metal fabrication and machining preferred.
- Strong electrical mechanical maintenance hands-on experience required.
- Strong self-starter with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands on internal customer centric management approach.
