We are looking for dedicated, self-starting, and resourceful individuals to join our in-house team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. This role combines the best of customer service and sales in a fast-paced, challenging, yet rewarding environment.
As our representative, you will provide comprehensive product and service information, resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency, and drive not only sales but long term value through customer retention. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about assisting customers, demonstrating patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. You should be adept at understanding customer needs and advocating for them, handling difficult situations with professionalism and resilience. Success in this role requires being self-starting, working well both independently and within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Respond to customer emails, voicemail and text communications
- Guide customers through onboarding, production education and general troubleshooting
- Process orders, identify and capture sales and upsell opportunities
- Following with customers for additional documentation
- Contacting our pharmacies and physicians to follow up shipments and prescriptions
- Handle data entry and account management
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Skills & Requirements:
- Prior experience in Call Center or Customer Service, Sales or administrative support is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is a must
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus but not required
- Display enthusiasm / upbeat character and be proactive in seeking ways to improve
- Must be punctual, dependable , organized and dedicated
