The demands put on us by work obligations, family responsibilities, and hectic schedules can make it difficult to seek medical services within the nine-to-five doctor’s office model. We solve this problem by providing individualized care on a walk-in basis with same-day availability. Our licensed providers can treat virtually all non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses and we also offer services for preventative care, routine wellness, pediatric patients, occupational medicine, onsite medical programs, and more. The Multi-Unit Site Manager will split their time between our Offsite locations in the NYC metropolitan area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage healthcare and humanitarian projects throughout lifecycle.
- Maintain program performance and statistics. Report to Director on program progress
- Assist Directors in recruiting and training direct reports and patient-facing staff.
- Administer personnel policies and procedures under the guidance of the program directors.
- Develop regular communication with managers and directors for programs supervised.
- Ensure all programs meet contractual goals and reporting requirements.
- Monitor program progress and submit all required reports to Director.
- Monitor expenses and analyze reports on an as needed basis.
- Prepare proposals for the development, expansion, and continuation of programs in coordination with the Director and Leadership.
- Monitor staff performance, including payroll and structured observations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred
- A minimum of two years project management experience.
- Engaging personality and detail-oriented skills are essential.
- Ability to collect and analyze data and outcomes.
- Self-starter, agile with processes/execution, and quick learner.
- Excellent team building and leadership skills.
- Strong oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office suite and other standard business technology is required.

Salary: $72,000- $76,000 annually
