Overview:
A real estate management company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Real Estate background a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Help with processing rental applications , communicate with outside brokers
- Handle building key inventory
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phones
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors
- Handle office supplies orders
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent
- Experience working in a real estate office preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft office software required
- Effective phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $45,000.00 per year
