Fyr-Fyter Sales & Service has been servicing fire safety equipment in the Greater Toledo area for almost 100 years. We are looking for someone to join our rich history and help us grow into the future!
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with the day-to-day office duties, such as:
-Answering incoming phone calls
-Invoicing
-Generating basic reports
-General office upkeep
We are a small company, so finding the right person for this roll is critical. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can work well with others. Prospective applicants should be at ease on the phone and be comfortable using e-mail to communicate with customers.
We use office basics like Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, and Google Calendar. Familiarity with those programs is a plus but not mandatory. Applicants should have a basic working knowledge of computers and the use of e-mail.
We have one full-time position available. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:45pm. Applicants must be able to work the full schedule and have a reliable way to work.
