Accounting Program Analyst
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with Migration Specialists under the direction of the Accounting Program Manager
- Uploads, validates and reconciles onboarding data
- Responsible for post migration Implementation under direction of the Accounting Program Manager
- Troubleshoots billing errors within the property management system
- Creates client driven custom reporting in the property management system
- Fields support tickets from accounting using Zendesk under the direction of the Accounting Program Manager
- Posts various transactions to the property management system
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2 years experience in RealPage Financial Suite and OneSite required
- 2 years accounting experience required
