Responsibilities:
- Have experience in a kitchen.
- Know how to cook common American dishes.
- Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
- Be able to coordinate with the wait staff so that they can clarify any ambiguities that the customers may have.
- Be willing to work under pressure.
