This role provides administrative support for FSI’s ecommerce initiatives on our shopping website and with our EDI orders. Additionally, as a team member in the Sales Technology department, you may be called upon to assist with any special projects and cross-trained to support other areas in the department.
All tasks related to this area will be accomplished in accordance with company business practices and in the professional manner required to maintain a solid business relationship with our valued customers and coworkers.
Specific Responsibilities:

Monitor, route, and/or respond to customer emails from our shopping site

Complete login setups, changes, deletions for users on our shopping site

Assist in website programs such as SmartPoints and Econtent setup when needed

Release EDI orders & generate any supporting invoices or acknowledgments that are required
- Provide assistance to customer service and sales as needed

Assist in Sales Technology department as needed

General departmental backup support for vacations, leaves, etc.
- Department hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Upon successful completion of training, the employee may be able to work a hybrid schedule with set in-office days each week. Flexibility is required.
- Adjustment to work hours may be necessary on short notice if workload requires
- Possible Saturdays required if department participation is needed at sales meeting (3 meetings per year)

2-to-4-year degree in business preferred

Knowledge of office administration and procedures
