Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy
- Manage inventory control and ordering processes
- Develop and conduct training programs for staff
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with customers
- Drive retail sales through effective marketing strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Assist in payroll management
- Support retail management in various tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cash register operations and inventory control
- Strong background in training development for staff
- Proficiency in POS systems and related software
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Prior experience in retail sales and customer service
- Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus
- Familiarity with market trends and retail management practices

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
