We are currently looking to expand our team. The ideal candidate will be a hard working individual do is able to undertake a variety of office tasks. This person should be comfortable with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. As well as be a quick learner who has the ability to investigate paperwork for further processing.
Must be available Monday to Friday 10am - 2pm
2+ Years Office Experience Preferred
Responsibilities
- Efficiently gather information from completed forms/documents.
- Respond to incoming calls / emails as required.
- Collaborate closely with clients to effectively carry out tasks and achieve objectives.
- Ensure the timely and precise submission of documentation to relevant departments.
- Input accurate information into online systems
- Ensure precise documentation is consistently updated in our digital database.
Skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good handwriting
- Have organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
