Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The Salon Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a profitable business. Duties:
- Organizing Payroll Folders: Maintain meticulous records of employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Email Marketing and Online Presence: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, manage social media accounts on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google, and YouTube to enhance the salon's online presence.
- Employee Fines and Fees: Handle any fines or fees incurred by employees, ensuring transparency and fairness in the process.
- Website Management: Utilize WordPress and Bluehost to maintain the salon's website, keeping it updated with relevant information and promotions.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of employee information, including contact details, schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Model Scheduling: Coordinate with staff to ensure the availability of models for training and promotional events on scheduled days.
- Financial Management: Oversee payments from clients, disbursement of products, and manage inventory to optimize budget allocation and profitability.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute salon events, collaborating with staff to create engaging and memorable experiences for clients.
- Monthly Calendar: Develop and maintain a monthly calendar outlining important dates, events, and promotional activities.
- Gusto Payroll: Utilize Gusto payroll software to streamline payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Document Generation: Create professional documents such as contracts, waivers, and promotional materials to enhance the salon's brand image and efficiency.
