SUMMARY: The maintenance technician is responsible for maintenance and repairs on vehicles, trailers, buildings and equipment to ensure full support of all organizational operations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure all equipment and systems are in proper working condition through appropriate preventive and scheduled maintenance, to include forklifts, conveyor systems, plumbing, generators, fire systems, heating, ventilation, air condition, appliances, and electrical systems
Completes all maintenance work orders as assigned, troubleshooting, and diagnosing the root cause of equipment or systems issues
Maintain outdoor spaces through the removal of snow, ensuring sidewalks and parking lots can be navigated safely by staff and visitors
Assist with construction and general building projects including office and warehouse expansion projects.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED
Two (2) years of in maintenance, construction, or electrical role
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems
General electrical and construction knowledge
Troubleshooting of building systems, conveyors, or material movement equipment
