Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity available for a Property Casualty Customer Service Representative for our Commercial Lines team in Greensboro, NC.
The Property Casualty Customer Service Representative will deliver day-to-day client support by building successful relationships and providing exceptional service.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Support commercial clients by responding to policy and coverage questions
Handle commercial renewals, service needs, and customer escalations
Issue policy endorsement requests, COI’s and Auto ID’s
Process payments and billing questions
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain, required
2+ years of CSR insurance experience
AMS360 experience, is a plus
Strong technical knowledge of Property & Casualty lines of insurance coverage, is a plus
